Next week we will be posting information about using the RAVE lab with Jabber. The Remote Access Validation Environment (RAVE) allows you to access Cisco Voice Services, and Cisco IM & Presence resources from both the IP phones and from Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC) running on a computer.
