Unable to make calls from Jabber Client (CWIC) to Cisco IP Communicator

Hi,
 
    We are trying to integrate Jabber Client with Cisco IP Communicator. We are able to make calls within the Cisco IP Communicator and within the Jabber clients , but we are able to make a call from the Cisco IP Communicator to Jabber Clients but unable to make a call from the Jabber client to the Cisco IP Communicator . We get the "Call Failed" Message. Can you please help us with the issue . Cisco IP Communicator Version : 7.0.3 and version of Jabber Client : 2.0.3.60643.

Vimod,
Have you tried the latest version of Cisco IP Communicator? I just did a test here with version 8.6.2.0 with no problem calling both direction.
If you still have problem, could you please send the softphone.log to jabbersdk-support@cisco.com
You can find it at the following locations:-
Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Application Data\softphone.log
Windows 7/Vista C:\Users\{username}\Application Data\Local\softphone.log
Mac OS X /Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/softphone.log
