Assuming the Lync is registered in CUCM? Do you know what Codec is been used?
Jabber currently supprots G.711, G.727, G.722

Thanks for the response Howard, The Lync is registered in CUCM and we are able to make/receive calls from our version of Cisco IP Communicator (version 7) , we are also able to make audio/video calls between Jabber clients . The issue is when we try to make calls from/ to Jabber clients . As far as the CUCM setting is concerned we have selected "System Default" settings for codec, should i change it to G.711 or G.722 ?
