Also make sure the domain name is the domain name you are within.
Last, the Jabber SDK needs to be the one downloaded from [url=http://developer.cisco.com/web/jabber-developer/get-started]CAXL for Hosted Deployment[/url]

Any coordination or activation with the WebEx folks needed?
