Hi Kai, Next week we will be posting information about using the RAVE lab with Jabber. The Remote Access Validation Environment (RAVE) allows you to access Cisco Voice Services, and Cisco IM & Presence resources from both the IP phones and from Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC) running on a computer. I'll update this post when it is up. I understand that you are interested in user group partitioning. You will have to create separate profiles for each group and then assign users to that profile. According to this [url=http://developer.cisco.com/web/jabber-developer/im-and-presence1]http://developer.cisco.com/web/jabber-developer/im-and-presence1[/url], should we ask you for access to an environment for IM/presence development; unclear if this same environment also can be used for WebEx meeting development?  We're also a current WebEx customer, and wonder if we could point development at webexconnect.com?  If so, how?
