I studied the examples provided by Cisco and have managed to get a working software to call and receieve calls. The problem is with the IM. Everytime I log in, I get the error "Could not connect with IM Server". My company switched from Cisco Unified presence to Cisco Webconnect a while ago. We no longer use Cisco Unified Presence anymore. Could this be causing the problem?
