Hi Thomas, thx for you help. The protocol handler xmpp works fine to start the DesktopClient. The link with the meeting looks also very good, i only have the problem that i can't start an istant meeting with some attendees. i have asked this question in the meeting forum.   Regards  Mark

Hi Mark, Apologies I do not know what APIs are available on the WebEx Connect desktop client. Hi, is it possible to start a new chat session with the installed WebEx Connect DesktopClient with e.g. a link in the browser. In this case a new Instant Message Window from the DesktopClient should open. Also can i open the WebEx MeetingCenter from within a browser?  Why i asked this question. We know that all clients in our intranet will have the WebEx-Clients installed. So we will use this application to provide the message/meeting dialogs without rebuild them in the browser. We just need a possibility to start this application from within the browser.   Regards Mark
