Thomas Vanier | Hi Song Lim,
In order to register with CUCM, a JabberSDK-based endpoint requires a device configured in CUCM. The device type should be "Cisco Unified Client Services Framework" (CSF), which is available in CUCM 8.6 by default. The device name must be ECPuser, where user is the CUCM end user id. For example, if your CUCM user name is "bob" the associated device should be named ECPbob.
What do you mean by "Jabber SDK can work with CUPC" ? CUPC is a separate type of client, not built with the Jabber SDK. What version of CUPC are you running ?
Can I ask you what you are trying to achieve using the Jabber SDK ?
Thanks, Thomas |
