I followed the procedure as stated on the site , but there no action after clicking the login .

Make a call and switch phonemode buttons are not getting activated.
 
Please assist.

Problem solved. Need to check if the jquery version, cwic version, etc. fills up. If not, in my case, I checked the jquery source file location and defined it correctly in the sample.html. If the versions fill up, you can now log in.
