Hi Irfan,

The phone plugin of the Jabber SDK requires a device of type CSF (Cisco Unified Client Services Framework) to be configured in CUCM. So any version of CUCM which has the CSF device type built in is supported by the Jabber SDK. Not 100% sure, I think CUCM 6.1 and above include the CSF device type. We mainly test against CUCM 8.6 (7.1 and 9.0 as well).
There are workarounds to add the CSF type to older versions, what CUCM do you have ?
