I can make call from one sample.html to another computer with sample.html and I can hear the sound
But video for remote view pop out with blank.
I have checked boxes “with Video ” on both ends.

I'm glad to see you fixed the issue.  Looking through the logs it seems like you were doing everything else correctly.  I'll check if Media Termination Point Required is mentioned in any CUCM administration guide and update our docs with the info.
