I have been working with the latest Csco Jabber SDK and plug-in and cannot get it to work properly when using Windows 7 64 bit. Please find more information below: working with Howard Chen tinghche@cisco.commailto:tinghche@cisco.com   Thanks for taking the time to demonstrate the use case and the issue on Jabber Web SDK you are facing. Below please see the summary of the problem description. Please update me if you see anything wrong. Could you please also add Luis since I couldn't find his email? Environment: CUCM: 7.1.5.33900-10 Client: Win7 IE8 32 bit (CIPC 8.6.2.0) Kiosk1: Win7 IE8 64bit (Jabber Web SDK 2.0.3.60643) Kiosk2: Win7 IE8 32bit (Jabber Web SDK 1.5.0.60437) DeskPhone9971 (SIP9.1.1SR1) DeskPhone8945 (SIP8941_8945.9-3-1-18) DeskPhone8945 (SCCP894x.9-2-2-0) 1. Kiosk1 -> Client: One way video, two way audio Jabber sent out video stream, but the client didn't render correctly 2. Kiosk1 -> DeskPhone9971: intermittent video, two way audio 3. Kiosk2 -> DeskPhone9971: Two way video, two way audio 4. Kiosk2 -> Client: Two way video, two way audio This works only when Kiosk2 is running 32 bit, 64 bit has only one way video 5. Kiosk1/Kisok2 -> DeskPhone8945 (SIP & SCCP): Two way video, two way audio Please confirm the test result and I will be sending out this scenario along with logs to both CIPC and Jabber team to work on resolving the issue. Prem will reply this with the cucm configuration for your reference.
