When I try to connect to my web site from another client, I get the following error:
ERROR: cannot initialize phone: Plugin not available (code 1)
cwic javascript version is 2.0.3.60643
plugin upgrade mandatory
I have unzipped the CiscoJabberSDK.zip file on the client and opened the sample.html file in the IE 9 browser - also get the same error. Do I need to do anything else to install the plugin?

I installed the plugin and the sample.html displays correctly but when I try to connect it gives the following error: Unable to login: Login error eCannotConnect. I can connect fine from the web server where the vpn connection is up.
