Get different results with different users

I have 2 RAVE accounts. When using the sample.html file, one of the users does connect to the 8002 number (test number provided by Cisco team) and the remote video displays when I select "Escalate". With the other account although it says it is connceted no video comes up even when I select "Escalate". What is the difference between the two accounts?

Could you provide me the account name that you are having problem? I can check with lab team to see if there is any different.
So, you are basically using same browser/plugin etc. right?

The browser is the same for both accounts. The problematic accout is "vitel01"

I did change your device settings.I did test  it and have no problem with the video.
Can you please check on your end and  let us know if you have any further issues.

Prem,
It is working but is not stable. I have 2 accounts and trying to have them connect to each other. Here is the info for accounts:
vitel01 DN:8583
user239 DN:8773 ( as porvided to me )
Previously I could get them to connect but no video was streamed. Now I cannot get them even connected. Can you check on these accounts and see if the DN's are correct?

I was able to call from one phone to the other but not on every try, also the streaming was awfully slow - lags of 1 to 5 seconds and distorted images. Is this only due to the lab environment or what? Is there a minimum HD requirement which we need to have?

I tested the two users and both works fine. I was able to video  call from one to  the other.
Video works ok ,i think the lag and the distorted images  might be caused  because  of  low bandwidth.

What is the suggested bandwidth?
