My company wants to add Jabber to the intranet website. When installed is there an interface installed as well or is the look and feel up to us. We would want the traditional look and feel out of the box.

There is no user interface.  The Jabber SDK provides an API to make voice and video calls from your browser.  You build your own application with your own user interface with the API - the look and feel is up to you.
