Hi Howard,
I have sent the logs to the mentioned e-mail. Let me correct one point: The white screen appears only in the first call after the SDK user is registered to CUCM, following calls work properly.
Also, when the SDK registers we get a warning telling “Cannot connect to IM server” but the application that uses SDK does not show the warning and we can not click on OK. (We see that warning when we test it on a PC with IE8 or 9). This was not a problem with the MR1 while using the same application.
Thanks, Levent

Subject: New Message from Levent Ozturk in Jabber Developer - Installation: RE: New Jabber SDK Sample Client doesnt work (with CWIC v9.0 MR2)

Levent Ozturk has created a new message in the forum "Installation": -------------------------------------------------------------- Hi,
We also have problems while using MR2. When we are in a call, we have a white screen instead of the remote ends video. This happens randomly.
I have check if the "cwic folder" is causing this behaviour but it seems to be all in place. (according to Lili's solution)
Do you have any suggestions for this?
Thanks,
Levent

Previously the older Jabber SDK Sample Client works with the CWIC v9 MR1 version but after upgrading to latest MR2 with newer Jabber SDK, it doesnt work.
After successfully registering to CUCM and my ECPxxxx user device, when I tried dialing a number, therer's an error message saying "undefined: xxxxxx" where xxxxxx is the dialled number.
The Local Preview camera applet also doesnt work, previous one was working...
