Did you have the same problem when using Audio? What device are you calling to?
Are you using the Jabber shared sandbox with your sample.html? Or, you had your own lab?

Thanks . It did work on taking the latest version of web SDK. 
Though i still was in touble when i tried to use the video option, it always says "off hook'' message.

Please download the [url=http://developer.cisco.com/web/jabber-developer/agreement?doc=/documents/4554576/4554941/JabberSDK-2.1.0.60812.zip]latest version of web SDK [/url]and see if the problem still exist. You should see the version on sample.html meaning the plug-in has loaded completely.

For query1: That's correct. The Voice Mail is actually using Cisco Unity Connection Messaging Interface (CUMI) API. It's a REST API, not Presence.
For query2: When you load the sample.html, did you see the plug-in version number showing up under the login box? If yes, what version is that? And which browser are you using?

Thanks for the reply.
As I understand from your provided links  and Jabber Website the Jabber WebTool kit consits of  
Web Phone (AJAX based Library) - Audio/Video 
Call Control CAXL (AJAX based Library) - IM/Chat 
Presence CUMI (REST API Call) - Voicemail  and 
WebEx (URL Protocol based call )  -- Online meeting and conference

 Now my basic query if I have CUCM, CUP, Cisco Unity and WebEx Collaboration server configured within my network and using all the above mentined libray from the Jabber Web SDK,  I shall be able to integrate the features (Call Control, IM, Presence, Video , Voice Messaging and WebEx) in my web based client application. Please correct if my understanding is wrong ? 
Query:2 : As suggested i did try to use the shared sandbox and also received all the sandbox credentials http://developer.cisco.com/web/jabber-developer/testing/shared-sandbox), But i was not able to be proceed from step no-5 as per provided URL.  After giving all the credential details and clicking on login button I was not able to process with the next steps mentioned. I have been giving the below credentials
User/Password : (Use provided username/password)
CUCM IP : 10.10.30.1 (also tried with 64.103.37.6)
Mode : Softphone
No Server Auth
Login   -- After clicking on Login I am not able to Proceed to next steps )
Please can you help me if i need anything additional to acheive this and try some sample from my end. 

Though I was able to succesfully check the Jabber IM and Presence demo.

Currently Jabber provides web SDK for voice/video and IM/Presence as Javascript library that can be used in web environment. For Voice messaging and Webex, it's using cross-launch approach that provides the path to launch your existing WebEx client.
