Thanks Thomas! The host name could not be resolved from my Mac. Editing the host file solved the problem.

If host name, is it resolvable from the client machine ? Thomas

I've tried the sample.html on my Mac, using both Chrome and Safari 6.0. After logging in with the softphone mode, the device name appears. Pressing 'Connect' however gives me the following output.   [i][cwic] providerState eRegistering[/i] [i]system event with reason=eRegistering[/i] [i]ignoring system.cwic event with reason=eRegistering[/i] [i][cwic] providerState eIdle[/i] [i]system event with reason=eIdle[/i] [i][cwic] callcontrolmodechange. Mode: NoMode, deviceName: , DN: [/i] [i][cwic] eUnknownFailure[/i] [i][cwic] Login Error[/i] [i]code: 20[/i] [i]message: "Login Error"[/i]   I'm using the following configuration [i]Cisco Unified CM version: 9.0.1[/i] [i]cwic version: 2.0.3.60643[/i] [i]jQuery version: 1.4.2[/i] [i]plugin Version: 2.0.3.60643[/i] [i]ecc version: 2.0.0.2439 (Snapshot)[/i]   Would anyone have an idea how to resolve this?   Thanks, Kelvin
