Thank for your quick response very much.
As you suggested, I already checked the Cisco partners in Taiwan (from http://tools.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/performBasicSearch.do),
and I found that there is no one Cisco partner in Taiwan providing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Services
(by checking their "Services Reseller" attribute).
Does it mean that the only way for me to get specific stuff like list price of "Unified Communications Manager Licensing" is to become a CDN partner ?
I'm wondering if any info as below is available from Cisco web site ?

To over-simplify: licenses are purchased by user, so if the license type a user has allows it, they can use Jabber/SDK without further cost.  If they have a lesser license, they may need to upgrade their license.  Once you get down into specifics of bulk purchase, price, discounts, etc. you will need to talk to a Cisco reseller.  If you are a CDN partner there is an ordering help desk that may be able to provide some advice: http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/tools/helponline/index.html</summary>
