Hi Sankalp,

The current CWIC API (release 2.0) does not allow the application to change some call forward settings.
However CUCM users can set their call forward preferences using the "CCM user" page, accessible at
https://{cucm}/ccmuser
where {cucm} is the CUCM host name or address

In your case, Person B could login to the CCM user page prior to using his CWIC-based web phone to enable call forward.
Does you application expose some options UI ? It could link to the CCM user page to allow users to change their call forward.

Hope this helps, Thomas

Using CWIC API I have a module in place which makes a call (audio/video) from person A to person B. The problem arises when i try to forward the call to another phone.

Case : Person A initiates a call to Person B , but as he is doing so , he realises that he does not have a mic attached, so he wants to forward his call to another extn,/mobile/desk phone. Eventaully the Person B will talk to Person A but through a extn,/mobile/desk phone provided by person A.

Any help in this case would be appreciated.
