<summary type="html">Hi Aaron,
You can go to this Shared Sand Box and follow the instruction to get yourself setup.
The page will guide you to
1. Request a Shared Sand Box account that allows you to have the acces to CUCM to do the testing on your own code.
2. Download the Web communicator (Web plugin for Audio/Video), and the Jabber Web SDK (An JQuery based JavaScript Library)
3. You can check on the API Reference Documentation for more details API functionality.

There is also an sample.html that allows you to experiment the jabber video/audio features.

Hope this help

    <summary type="html">Good afternoon all!

I want to start by saying I am new to most of this but from past experiences I have always met great people on dev forums…..
Any who can someone start me down the path of the following:
I have a customer who we develop lighting applications for task us with integrating a sort of video intercom system specifically using Jabber since it’s what the company he
works for uses. What he wants is a basic application that a person drives up to a “waterproof” touchscreen PC and has the option of only pushing a giant green “call” button
with the company logo in the background. Upon execution the application (jabber backed) should dial a fixed number (security guard) and connect to his PC running Jabber
and display video of the person at the gate for the security guard to see. Meanwhile the person at the gate should be made aware they are on video by a small video
playback in the corner of themselves.
Basically I need to understand how to write something for an idiot proof GUI that executes a video chat each time using Jabber.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you,
