Hi, The most likely problem here is that the line on the softphone device is configured for only one call. You will need to Reconfigure for more than one call in CUCM. Regards, Martin.

Ashok, Do you use softphone or deskphone mode? Are you calling a deskphone? Also, if you could provide me the log so that we can see what went wrong there? Location of softphone.log

Hi Ting-Hao Chen, For conference call when I call on first DN 2036 it is working fine and after answer the call I press hold button the first call 2036 on hold but when I try to call another DN 2048 the call is not initiated it is giving me Unknown error cannot start conversation native error: "eCreateCallFailed" how can I resolve it conference feature is not work properly Please Reply very soon Thanks. Hi, All I am developing an application "Conference Bridge" using cisco jabber . I am able to makeCall to a single user but i am not able to makeCall to multiple user for conference.I had alrady try with cisco jabberSDK sample.html code but it is not working for conference how can I do it?
