Instructions appear to be specific to the Windows platform.  Is the Mac OSX platform supported?

Yes the instructions are Windows centric, but the development tools should work on a Mac. The attached 7926G Emulator Skin Guide lists the directory for installing the Skin on a Mac. In addition, there are Mac versions of both Netbeans and Sun's IDE.
