The Cisco Developer Network offers an annual developer support-only subscription. Companies who develop in-house or customized applications using Cisco APIs and SDKs can open Service Requests.Universities, hospitals, service providers, large enterprise customers and professional services partners are typical candidates for this type of subscription.

Service Level Agreements
CDN engineers provide support during standard business hours and commit to initial response times after a customer opens a service request. Time to resolution varies depending upon the complexity of the support issue.
