I am exploring the Open CSF SDK as a part of POC. I struck up at a point where I have to establish connection between two deskphones (VOIPs in our case) that were registered in UCM RTP Lab.
If anybody know how to establish connection or call control between deskphones using Open Client Services Framework, Please let me know.
Since open csf internally using JTAPI, I'm posting my question here.
Kindly do the needful.

Are you referring to the Jabber SDK voice/video API? http://developer.cisco.com/web/jabber-developer/voice-overview
If so, here is a small checklist of items that need to be in place:
- Install the Jabber SDK voice/video plugin into your browser
- Enable the CTI Manager service on UCM
- Configure a user on UCM, ensure they have the appropriate CTI permissions/roles assigned
- Associate the user to a device which supports CTI control (and is not CTI disabled/restricted)
- Pass the user credentials and CTI Manager server IP into the SDK to establish the CTI connection
The sample.html application in the SDK is a good way to see the basic usage for softphone/deskphone mode.
