Hi All,
We are making a call from CTI Port to an external PSTN number. While we are able to do this seamlessly , we are having issues at recording the call. We first took the approach of developing a SIP client, but then the lines asssociated to a CTI port doesn't have a recording profile, so may be that was not a right idea. CAn you please help us with what approach should we employ in acheiving this. Any one who has implemented the same?
Regards,

CUCM recording needs a device with 'Built in Bridge'. It is not needed/supported for virtual devices. Since application knows the IPaddress and port number of receiving stream it can simply record the packets.
