Hi Folks, I don't know if this is an AXL question or a JTAPI one. I suspect JTAPI: Is there a way to get hold of and/or modify Client Matter Code for a call in progress? Say, for example there is a need to change the CMC as a result of the duration of the call (just an example I pulled out of thin air...). Can I access the current CMC and modify it prior to it being written to CDR?

As far as I know this is not possible. About all I could suggest would be post-processing: an application processes the CDRs, and if it calculates the call duration as exceeding a particular threshold, re-writes the CAC/CMC (in its local datatore) and forwards the data on to the CDR billing app (if it's a separate app.)
