I have a simple scenario where I have a call held on to a CTI Port that transfers the caller to a person. However, I need to make sure that person picks up and not let it go to voicemail. I know I can do this via the consult method and wait for the connected event on the persons side but I was wondering if there is another way to do this; blind transfer the caller to the person but take it back if not answered within a specified period of time.
