Lowest CCM version for streaming audio?

I would like to stream audio over a CTI Port. Is there a minimum CCM version that this would work with? The lowest version we currently have running in production is 3.2.

JTAPI media events/CTI support are present in JTAPI 3.2.
 
I don't believe there were any CTI interfaces in CallManager prior to 3.2, though.
