Not possible via JTAPI.  I am aware of some folks that have used the IP Phone Services XML SDK to do this, by sending sequential messages to the phone that simulate button presses, but that's not a good solution. I have heard that Cisco is working to improve the CTL management situation for these kinds of scenarios, either in the core product or API, but not aware of any committed versions or dates.

Hi All,   I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it's possible to delete the CTL file via jtapi? If not through jtapi if there is any other way, to programically remove the CTL file.   If yes, I would appreciate if you could point me to the correct API used in the documentation.   Many thanks to all,   George,
