Push Configuration to all Phone

I am new to JTAPI.
 
Does any one can know or possible to push a set of coniguration to all the Cisco phones in the enterprise?
 
We are using CM 7.x

JTAPI doesn't define/provide interface to configure phones.  Try 'Tool for Auto-Registered Phones Support (TAPS)' (search for it on cisco.com)
