This bug (http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtn38319&from=summary) states that one of the versions the bug is fixed in is: 8.0(3.22900.3)

We have a Call Manager installation where the version on Help->About is listed as 8.0.3.22900-5. So it seems like the version of the JTAPI libraries on this system should work.

However, we downloaded those JTAPI libraries, expanded the jtapi.jar file and looked at the MANIFEST.MF, and it states that it is version:
Implementation-Version: 8.0(3.22900)-2 Release

This seems to indicate that the JTAPI library here doesn't have the bug fix in it. I can verify that since we are encountering this specific bug with this version of the JTAPI library.

So my question remains - what do we have to do to get a version of the library that doesn't have this bug in it?

Thanks,
Chris

8.0.3.22900-5 CUCM version has JTAPI verion 8.0.3.22900-2.
8.0.3.22900-2 should have this fix. Can you check the versoin on the top of JTAPI log? What are you seeing in JTAPI log? Can you attach jtapi log?

Any update on this issue? Are you still seeing this issue?

We are currently working with Cisco support on this issue trying to determine if it's a different bug in the JTAPI library or our code. We are trying to replicate nearly 500 phones and not do it at the customer site.
