StartRecording fails if monitoring phone calls Cisco IP Communicator

Our CUCM version is 8.0.2
Monitoring Phone is 7942G. Recording enabled as "Application invoked....."
Call initiated from monitoring phone to Cisco IP Communicator DN. Using JTAPITestTool.jar, startRecording API called. Hunt pilot configued with 4 DNs and provided into recording profile.
2 phones of hunt pilot start ringing but disconnected after one ring.
Can you suggest some workaround?

Hi Umesh,
The 2 calls that are offered to recorder (which in your case seem to be phones of hunt group) should be answered within 5 seconds else they drop automatically, this is as per design.
So, I believe the calls dropping after one ring are basically because of this 5 second timer which is applicable for calls to recorder.
