Recording enabled as "Application invoked....." Call initiated from monitoring phone to Cisco IP Communicator DN. Using JTAPITestTool.jar, startRecording API called. Hunt pilot configued with 4 DNs and provided into recording profile. 2 phones of hunt pilot start ringing but disconnected after one ring. Can you suggest some workaround? Regards, Umesh

Mark as an Answer Submit Reply with Quote Quick Reply Hi Umesh, The 2 calls that are offered to recorder (which in your case seem to be phones of hunt group) should be answered within 5 seconds else they drop automatically, this is as per design. So, I believe the calls dropping after one ring are basically because of this 5 second timer which is applicable for calls to recorder. Regards, Abhishek
