Hi,
we r facing redirect issue at one of our client. Agent number are at remote location. Redirect is working fine from our lab for same agent number but not working at client site.
Client's CUCM is 8.5 and our lab CUCM is 8.0. We r using JTAPI 8.0 jar file for our lab testing as well as at client site. The calls which we r redirecting are Application Invoked Recording calls. Reocrding profiles are configured for CTI port DN. Whenever application will call startRecording API after getting the agent number , 2 call comes on corresponding CTI port. From CTI port it get redirected to actual agent number.
In our lab we also tried agent number as our mobile numbers and thing r working fine. There is no issue of 5 sec duration of recording calls.
com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: CCNException not handled: com.cisco.cti.client.CCNException: redirect failure
Can u please let us know if there is any specific things with CUCM 8.5 which we need to do?
Regards,
Umesh

Now we r using SIP trunk in place of H323 and redirect is working fine. Don't know why it was not working with H323.
