CUCM adds (1) with the CTI Port name

Hi,
 
We r working on JTAPI application. We r using CTI port in that application. We have created CTI Port as CCB2690 but on CUCM admin page the name is coming as CCB2690 (1). Due to this our JTAPI application gives "device in not in provider domain...." error. We have added this device in appuser.
Can u please tell me why CUCM is adding (1) with CTI Port name? CUCM version is 8.5.

Hy,

i think the CuCM Admin Page adds the (1) for the Line on the Device with the Name CCB2690. If there would be a second line on the same Device it will add a (2) to indicate the line 2 on the device. I think u are searching for Directory Number and thats why the Admin Page gives u this Output. The Device Name is everytime the CCB2690.

So it depends on Searching what output the Admin Page will display
