CUCM 8.6.2 JTAPI gives CiscoTermOutOfService

I was trying to test a few things against a CUCM 8.6.2 with JTAPI and have run into an error I had not encountered on 8.6.1.
 
When trying to perform a few line functions I"m getting a CiscoTermOutOfService error back from the CTI manager.
 
My tools and apps work fine with 8.6.1 but not 8.6.2 (even tried the JTAPI 8.6.1 test tool and it doesn't like 8.6.2 either).
 
Did something significant change in 8.6.2 as I cannot find any notes to the contrary?

Not aware of any issues or changes that could apply for this minor upgrade.  Can you attach the detailed jtapi logs, perhaps for the make call sample..?
