Hi,
Using Poster to test API. Checked and all services are running. below are the Poster request and response. The API user is defined in CUCM as an end user.

Hi Chikeobi,

This could be due to a certificate issue. Try going to this URL "https://10.35.74.189:8443" from your FIrefox browser and then click on the Cisco MediaSense link. At that point, you'll get a page saying "Untrusted Connection". Click on "I understand the risks", then "add exception", and then "confirm security exception".

You have now added the self-signed certificate that MediaSense uses to your trusted certificates. Now when you'll issue the request from Poster, it should go through.
