Hi Chikeobi, This could be due to a certificate issue. Try going to this URL "https://10.35.74.189:8443" from your FIrefox browser and then click on the Cisco MediaSense link. At that point, you'll get a page saying "Untrusted Connection". Click on "I understand the risks", then "add exception", and then "confirm security exception". You have now added the self-signed certificate that MediaSense uses to your trusted certificates. Now when you'll issue the request from Poster, it should go through.
