Call failure recognition to third party PBX
I have this call flow:
Current call flow:
PSTN-----GW A----CUCM A--->TP-->Reroute-------Central GK trunk----->CISCO GW B ----E1/T1--->Avaya PBX--->Users
A: Site A
B: Site B
This currently setup for 30 DID's but this may increase over the period of time. I want, if call fails to Avaya PBX due to any XYZ reason or network failure, there should be a message played to actual caller " There are system issues please call back later". How can we accomplish this? Can this be done by TCL scripting which recognizes the disconnect and plays a prompt for the caller.
Or if CUCM can recognize this , then we can re-route it to go to CUC to play prompt through call handler greeting.
Suggestions would be very much appreciated.
