Error importing MP 7.02 MeetingServices wsdl file into CUAE 2.5.1.1 SR2

We are in the process of implementing an application with CUAE to initialize a reservationless web conference into MP 7.02 from a customer web portal. To accomplish this and be able to use the MP SOAP API from a CUAE app, we need to import the necessary MP 7.02 wsdl file into CUAD. We tryied importing the MeetingServices wsdl file into CUAD using wsdl.exe from .NET 2.0 and .NET 3.0 and get the same error, shown below (as output by wsdl.exe from .NET 3.0):
