One requirement of our project is that the user, while filling an online form will be able to take the help of an advisor who can guide him when filling in the details. The user should be able to share his browser session with the advisor read-only, chat with him on instant messaging and also see the advisor if the advisor has a webcam, and also have a voice conversation.
Does webex provide such a component? We need this component to be present in the web application programmed using ASP.NET and accessible on Win, Linux and Mac.

Thanks,
Yash

Hi Yash,

If you are using Webex chat, then you can share your desktop with anyone and that should allow the advisor to have a look at the desktop. Similarly if you set up a webex meeting, then also you can share the desktop with anyone in the meeting without giving the control. In that way that sharing will be read only. Is this the answer you are looking out for?
