Error when creating user profile via SOAP API

Hello,
 
When attempting to create a user account on our MeetingPlace system via the API, we are seeing the following error message:
 
java.sql.SQLException: Unique constraint (mpxdb.u164_207) violated.
 
We have verified that there is no account currently set up with the user name or profile number we are attempting to use. We are using the addUserProfileBasic() method to create accounts. Please advise.

This seems to be a issue due to error in the filed of your request, can you try out the below things
1. Send 'addUserProfileBasic' with only mandatory fields (with correct activeisDefault,firstLogin and local feilds)
2. Send 'addUserProfileFromTemplate' for guest user (i.e keeping Unique id as 3).
Hope this would clarify the issue.
