To apply to become a Cisco Developer Network technology partner,  please follow the steps below:

1.    Register for a Cisco.com account at https://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do

a.     If you have an existing Cisco.com account, but cannot remember your username and/or password, please go  to the Cisco.com Password Management website.
 
2.    Log into the Developer Dashboard with your Cisco.com account.
 
3.    Submit a new online program application under the appropriate technology category(ies), or review, update, and submit an existing application.

The online program application captures your:
 
a.    Company information
b.    Contact information for various roles, including primary contact, technical contact, marketing contact, support contact, business development contact, sales contact, and legal contact. Cisco recommends having a unique individual assigned to each of these roles.
c.    Product or service information, including applicable technology categories
d.    Sales, marketing, and support information
e.    If Cisco approves your application, you will receive a notification indicating your participation level and applicable program fee, as well instructions on how to review and accept the program agreement and guidelines.
  

4.     Electronically accept the program agreement (view only) and guidelines

5.     After you accept the program agreement, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay the applicable, non-refundable membership fee. The term of program membership is one-year.

  • Download the quote form (link provided on the email).
  • Complete the quote form and fax, with your purchase order, per the instructions on the cover page.
  • Order processing takes approximately two weeks.
  • When completed a contract number and case opening instructions will be provided by email.
  • Invoice will be system generated.

You should complete the quote form and submit it with your purchase order within 30 days of joining to avoid losing access to program benefits.

6. If you want to grant others from your company with access to the website and the Developer Dashboard, ask them to follow these steps:

a. Register for a Cisco.com account at https://tools.cisco.com/RPF/register/register.do.

If they have an existing Cisco.com account, but cannot remember their username and/or password, direct them to the Cisco.com Password Management website.

b. Provide you with their Cisco.com username.

You should then add them as a contact for your company.
