Cisco is proud to introduce Platform Administrative Web Services (PAWS), a new programmatic interface that enables applications to remotely manage Cisco UC software. PAWS applications can install Cisco UC software, inventory deployed applications, upgrade existing software, reboot systems, switch between active partitions, and more.

PAWS accelerates deployment/upgrade schedules, reduces travel budgets, and centralizes Cisco UC software management.

Cisco UC 9.0 includes PAWS support for Unified Communication Manager, Session Manager Enterprise, and IM/Presence Services.
