Does VSOM 6.3.1 have an API released for it? I am unable to find any documentation for this version, only 6.3.2 does have an API reference.

I wanted to check whether there is any plan to provide a mobile app for IOS or Android anytime soon?
Also if I want to develop one now, what options to I have in terms of API/technology tools. I know VSM API is possible now through HTTP and AxClient.
