The Cisco Smart Business Portal(CSBP) provides a seamless integration with CRM/ERP/databases(by default, CSBP installs with Microsoft CRM and Great Plains compatibility), with a built-in web portal, and with Cisco Communications Manager/Manager Express and Contact Center compatibility. The CSBP forum will provide additional support for developers and CSBP users, but will hopefully also provide a healthy forum for CSBP growth into other systems and leading technology/business trends.

I have been working with the CSBP solution for some time and would be glad to help others see the opportunity gained through CSBP integration. Simply put, a CSBP integratred business will optimize and increase employee/company performance, while increasing customer satisfaction and value.
