Hi, I`ve tried to install CSBP - run ciscowebservicesetup.msi or ciscowebapplicationsetup.msi, but the installation wizard always failed and this error message appeare :

"IIS .Net updates failed".

I install it on IPCCexpress Windowns 2003 Server, .net version 2.0 + SP1, Microsoft data access component 2.8, IIS 6.0, the server is in AD. What this error message means ? Are there any other requirements or more settings that must be done before installation ? Is possible to install CSBP on IPCCexpress server or should it be separate Windows 2003 Server ?

Hi Miroslav,

We will reach out to you directly to assist with your install. In general, the CSBP server components can be installed on a server performing other roles, but we reccomend not to install co-resident on IPCC, or Communications Manager, etc.

You can even run the CSBP software in a Virtual Machine environment.
