A good place to start is to use the Smart Business Portal diagnostic utility to verify accesiblity into the databases. Also, make sure you use the "test" button in the client settings of the Smart Business Portal client to make sure you can communicate from the portal client, to the server component. We'll follow up with you directly on this.</summary>
