    <summary type="html">Hello Brett,

After testing the installers from this website, i received the same error when trying to re-run the installer which prompted for a repair or remove. The repair failed and your error appeared. If this is the case, please uninstall the program then reinstall the program. Otherwise I suspect some registry issues but a deeper analysis will be required.

    <summary type="html">Hi Brett,

The out of box adapters for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and 4.0 and Microsoft Great Plains 9.0 and 10 are included in the core CSBP download .zip file. These business adapters work across the versions because the update to the new version didn't change this area.

You will see the files called "CiscoGPAdapterSetup.msi" and "CiscoCRMAdapterSetup.msi". Once you install these files, the business adapter web service is installed for the respective database application.

If you go to IIS, you can actually test the web service by right clicking the .aspx file for the web service and click on "browse". If you can see the WSDL, it should be installed correctly.

We'll reach out to you directly to assist you with resolving this.

Regards,

Sean</summary>

    <summary type="html">Hi,

When I try to configure the SBP, I cannot locate the "out of the box adapters". When I try to re-install the CRM adapter or GP adapter I get the following error message: "IIS authentication updates failed".

Any ideas how to proceed?</summary>
